On 9/19/17 at approximately 1645 hours, Lt. Muich and I (A/Sgt. Doulas #1438) made contact with (“Killa”) through previously interviewed subject met Lt. Muich and I near , where an interview was completed. stated the following in summary and not verbatim:
-- traveled to the party at the Crowne Plaza in Rosemont (room 926) during the early morning hours of 9/9/17. -- believed to have gotten to the hotel around 0100 to 0130 hours. He arrived to the party with (“Neph”), (“Lil Ty”) and (“Mike Mike”). The party was for -- and -- recent birthdays. -- stated that “the girls got the room.” He believed ’ --group of friends obtained the hotel room. -- is a selfadmitted member of the Traveling Vice Lords and advised there were a lot of “Travelers” there, but also other gang members, who they party with as well, with no issues.
-- has known Kenneka Jenkins for “a couple years” through the “neighborhood.” He advised that Jenkins was social and hung out with the group. -- said that everyone “drinks, does pills and smokes” and that it was no different at this party. --further advised that Jenkins had been drinking Hennessey while at the party. -- stated that Jenkins and “the girls” have taken pills (ecstasy) and smoked in the past but was unsure if they had the night of the party. He did not see Jenkins or her friends take pills on the night of the party, but knows “they were doing it.” --stated no one at the party had ill intentions and it was a relaxed “chill” party with people having fun and hanging out.
After leaving the hotel, -- was driven to Chicago and dropped off at his residence on . -- stated they left the party prior to 0300 hours. Jenkins was still in the room, and appeared intoxicated, but social with her friends. -- said there was nothing out of the ordinary was taking place, and “nothing different than other times we kick it.”
-- stated he did not have contact information, but would attempt to make contact with other subjects such as Quan, Pucky and Winky to contact us for an interview. A photo was taken of -- and --uploaded to the electronic reporting file.
