He stated that he arrived around 23.00hrs for the party.  We asked “Neph” how he arrived there. He stated to us that he drove with a female named “C” (Cici) in a Gray Buick

He arrived at approximately 2100 HRS? and left around 0400 HRS. He arrived with his “cousin” . The two of them were dropped off by a female that goes by the name of “Cici”. He doesn’t know her real name, how old she is or where she lives. She also picked them up when they left. When they arrived in the hotel room, there were about 8 people at that time.

Statement:

He advised he goes by the name “Mike Mike” and some call him “Bibby.”  He went to the Crowne Plaza in Rosemont for ’s party  “Killa” in room 926 on 9/9/17 at approximately 0100 hours.  He left between 0200 and 0300 hours.
